I had such a lovely experience at Grind! My barista, Eki, was super nice and really welcoming. I ordered the blue vanilla matcha and honestly it was so good - perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and really smooth. Great service and a great drink. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stopped by Canary Wharf Grind in Cabot and ordered a vanilla cinnamon latte - honestly one of the best I’ve had. The barista Eki who served me was really warm and welcoming, took their time with my order, and made the drink perfectly balanced and comforting. Great service, great coffee, and such a nice atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning!
This was my first time trying Grind at Market Halls as a working spot, and I was really glad I did. I’ve been to their smaller location at Royal Exchange before, so it was a nice surprise to see that this venue is much more spacious—perfect timing since I needed a place to work on my laptop. I tried one of their new matchas—the strawberry one—and it was honestly great. The staff were super friendly and let me know that the matcha had just come back in stock after being sold out, which was nice of them to mention. The decor is really clean and minimal, which makes for a calm and comfortable working environment. It’s definitely a nice spot to sit and focus. The only downside is the lack of sockets at the tables in the main Grind area—there are some available around the general Market Halls seating, but not directly at Grind itself. Still, definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a spacious and well-designed place to work, grab a drink, or just take a break.
During my recent visit to the Grind in Canary Wharf, I was looking forward to trying the white chocolate matcha frappe, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. Instead, I opted for the raspberry iced tea, which was quite refreshing. I appreciated the wide range of food and drink options offered at the branch, as well as the ample seating available for customers. However, I believe there is an opportunity for the staff to enhance the overall experience. When we asked questions about the app and rewards and requested drink recommendations, the service felt a bit less welcoming than expected. With a more attentive approach, it could really elevate the customer experience at this location.

Nice vibes and plenty of seating area. Located in the market hall. Good place to work remotely from. One of those places, where you have good coffee, put headphones on (with noise cancellation) and crack on with work. Good place for catchups and meetings. Decent coffee, I got an Oat Flat White - enjoyed it. Impressed with the coffee, nice decor and good service overall.
Stopped by Grind for a vanilla latte and it was genuinely so good. Eki made it with so much care, and she was really warm and friendly. Simple visit, great coffee, great service.
